Kanye West Declares To Run For President Of United States

Musician and rapper Kanye West has made known his intentions to run for the President of the United States of America come November 2020.

He shocked Americans with his declaration on Twitter when he said, “We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying out vision and building out future. I am running for President of the United States.”

Immediately, Elon Musk, owner of Tesla motors announced his support for the ambition of the music icon.

It will be an interesting race in a few months as Americans prepare to choose who will run their affairs later this year.

Already in the race is Donald Trump, Joe Biden and now Kanye West.

This Nigerian Man Found A Politician’s Wallet Full Of Dollars And Returned It To The Politician

A Nigerian man has detailed how he found huge amounts of foreign currencies misplaced by a member of the House of Representatives and he returned it back to him.

According to Alex Adekunle James who told his experience, he was moved to return the money even though he was broke and in desperate need of money because of his long held resolution to remain honest and shun theft.

Video: Federal Government Introduces Robots To Work At Airports

The Federal Government has taken delivery of robots that will work on screening passengers at the Airports in the country. The unveiling of the robots at the Abuja Airport terminal on Thursday had the robots powered and moving about to show their capabilities.

This move is done in preparation of the reopening of the nation airports after 3months of shut down due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

The robots dance to welcome people:

The robots are going to take over checking and screening passengers at the Airport to reduce human to human interactions to further curb the spread of Covid-19 and keep the airports safe for passengers.

Former Oyo Governor Abiola Ajimobi Has Died Of Coronavirus

Former Governor of Oyo State Abiola Ajimobi is dead. He died from complications arising for Coronavirus, Sahara Reporters says.


The 70-year-old had contacted the deadly Coronavirus few weeks ago and has been at the hospital for treatment.

However, because of his health preexisting health condition, the virus gave way to complications which had him put on a life support machine since last Friday at First Cardiology Hospital in Ikoyi, Lagos, after slipping into a coma.

He died on Thursday, June 25th.

Until his death, he was the Deputy National Chairman of the APC.
